Kelly founded Reinhart & Associates in 2002 with the vision of providing a different type of experience for his clients. The mission was to provide this experience by thinking outside the box, providing the service and services that are useful in real business climates and supporting his clients through all stages of life. Kelly prides himself in the knowledge of current business environments, his client’s industry trends, his clients business (both financial and nonfinancial) and the highest level of technical tax, accounting and business industry knowledge. He goes beyond the normal individual tax return to assist you in your personal financial freedom and success.
Kelly relocated the firm to Saratoga Springs in 2008 in order to raise his family in this great community. Prior to this move the firm was located in beautiful Salida, Colorado with clients in Denver and the surrounding mountain communities.
Kelly's background varies from large firm experience as a tax manager at KPMG, the largest CPA firm in the world, to tax director at a well respected regional firm in Denver, Colorado. He attended the University of New Mexico and Denver University for his studies and is active in the community through positions on nonprofit organizations such as the Shelter of Saratoga. More...

As the Accounting Manager of Reinhart & Associates Dawn insures that our clients financial statements, controls, software and processes are up to speed in order for our clients to achieve success. She is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor and is also the manager of Beneficial Bookkeeping a sister company of Reinhart & Associates that provides the Quickbooks support, training and set-up and effective and efficient bookkeeping solutions.
Dawn has over 17 years of diversified and extensive experience in accounting and administration, coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a Business Minor and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration/Public Finance. Her experience includes maintaining client financial accounts, payroll, benefits, journal entries, production of monthly and year-end financial statements, and analyzing of financial data for both fund and accrual accounting. Dawn has accounting experience in large municipalities such as her work with the Schenectady City Schools.
Dawn gained extensive experience in accounting and operational issues in the hotel industry while managing and controlling such hotels as Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites, Malta, NY and the Residence Inn by Marriott, Latham, New York. As a controller for Rockgate Management Co., Clifton Park, New York Dawn maintained financials for 6 hotels and parent companies.
Dawn is a mother of 3 and is currently the Treasurer of the Saratoga Schools, Geyser Road School, PTO and actively involved with the school as a room parent and Girls Scouts.

As a Tax Associate of Reinhart & Associates, Patty's area of focus is Individual Tax Solutions. Her experience brings a wide scope of the individual tax laws, tax planning and outstanding customer service. She has over 9 years experience in income tax preparation working for H&R Block in Saratoga. While at H&R Block Patty achieved management levels and had a large list of loyal clientele due to her practical approach to client issues and knowledge of the tax system. Over the years, Patty has taken over 60 hours a year in continuing tax education to reach high levels of tax proficiency. Patty obtained her Associates in Business Administration at Adirondack Community College and is studying to sit for the Enrolled Agents exam before the Internal Revenue Service.
As a mother of 4 Patty is continually involved with the community through organizations such as Saratoga Softball and other school related organizations.

Renee has over seven years of experience in the areas of accounting, payroll and sales tax. She gained her wide range of skills through her work with a payroll service companies and bookkeeping, accounting and CPA firms. Her skills make her uniquely qualified to take a small business through the entire accounting cycle. Renee has an A.A.S. in Business Administration and is working toward her Bachelors in Business and obtaining her Enrolled Agent license with the Internal Revenue Service.

Adam D. McNeill, AAMS, is Principal of The McNeill Financial Group, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor that has been helping trustees in managing their trusts, high net worth families, individuals, families, retirees, and professionals in their pursuit of optimal financial success. Adam has also been advising and assisting business owners with their pension plans and employee benefits since 2003. Adam acts in a fiduciary capacity when working with all of his clients.
Adam has extensive experience in creating comprehensive financial plans for individuals, families, and privately and closely held corporations. He has taken additional training associated with investment management for individuals and pension plans.
Adam also has experience working with various types of small and medium-sized closely held businesses providing financial advisory, management advisory, tax planning, estate planning, pension and succession planning services. He has worked with clients and other professionals to assist with consolidations, acquisitions, business plans and financing arrangements.
